Issue #1
1) Go to SFA component.
2) Click on Find Opportunity tab [https://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:8443/sfa/control/FindSalesOpportunity|https://demo-trunk-ofbiz.apache.org:8443/sfa/control/FindSalesOpportunity]
3) In Find Opportunity section the open the "Lead Lookup"
