I have attached patch for enhancing Billing Account screen.I have added Find and List forms for Billing Accounts.
Testing steps are as follows :
1)Go to Accounting main screen
https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/main.
2)Click on Billing Accounts tab
https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/FindBillingAccount.
Result : It will display Find/List form for Billing Account.
