Product promotions are not displayed on shoppingcart.

Working Area: OnepageCheckout >> shopping cart.

Steps:
- Add 1 item to the cart say Round Gizmo, and then got to checkout page.
- change its quantity to 10 now user should get 1 Micro Chrome Widget free.
- It is added to the cart but not shown in the cart.
- On page refresh user able to see the promotion.

Expected Result: The product should display when quantity changes and AJAX request successfully returns.
