You do not seem to get the point, Pierre.
Today, we have the flexibility that users can translate their labels for the context it is in. Noone can say what the terminology of the specific users are. If he wants to name his labels differently depending on the context, he currently can do it without hassle.
If we introduce common labels the user will have to add the specific label and change the templates or code to have his specific label displayed.
Your approach unnecessarily cuts off this flexibility. In my view, such a refactoring does not make the software better but puts limits in it current users do not experience. So I'm strongly against this and further changes in this direction.
