Hi Hans,
I quickly reviewed (no tests) and your changes seem good to me. I guess ACCOUNT and EMPLOYMENT where used instead of OWNER and CONTACT_REL because the form was a duplicate of a HR form. But why do you consider this critical, is not major enough?
