I am able to reproduce it on trunk
Here is the steps
- Goto https://ofbiz-vm2.apache.org:8443/partymgr/control/viewprofile?partyId=DemoCustomer
- At the Payment Method screen-let Please click on [Create Billing Account | https://ofbiz-vm2.apache.org:8443/partymgr/control/EditBillingAccount?partyId=DemoCustomer] link
- Fill the detail on [Edit Billing Account |https://ofbiz-vm2.apache.org:8443/partymgr/control/EditBillingAccount?partyId=DemoCustomer] page
- Click on Save Button.
