OK I applied your patch finally.

Using RequestHandler.makeLink() sounds good to me, but I don't clearly see why sessionId is needed here. Could you explain?

Also rather than using _p, control and such in eCommerce URLs (bad SEO practices) Paul Piper proposed an interesting feature but nobody seems interested
