[VOTE] [RELEASE] Apache OFBiz 10.04.04

[Jacopo Cappellato-4]

This is the vote thread to release a new (bug fix) release for the 10.04 branch. This new release, "Apache OFBiz 10.04.04" (major release number: "10.04"; minor release number: "04"), will supersede the release "Apache OFBiz 10.04.03".
Main reason for this new release (after the recent release of 10.04.03) is that the new version is bundled with an updated release of Tomcat containing some fixes for vulnerabilities recently announced by the Tomcat community.

* apache-ofbiz-10.04.04.zip: the release package, based on the 10.04 branch at revision 1407002 (latest as of now)

Jacques, I didn't notice the file but for the upcoming new vote for the 11.04.01 release I have tried to generate the archive with a different tool; please let me know if you notice this file again.
