Hi Jacques

Thanks for committing my latest patch for the docbook online help.

I took at the commit log and it only shows that 5 files have been modified. These are only the files that already existed in the svn. My patch OFBIZ-2219_DocbookAccountingHelp10.patch included 24 files (19 of them were new) so it looks like the 19 new files that need to be added to the svn are missing.

Please can you take a look and see if these new files have been added to the svn or not.
