Exception in SFA manager

When I add events in SFA Manager, the following exception occured.

Exception thrown while performing entity find: [GenericDelegator.findOne] Passed primary key is not a valid primary key: [GenericEntity:CommunicationEventWorkEff][communicationEventId,10003(java.lang.String)]
