Before we get to discuss about moving components to Extras

1.. make sure they are listed properly in LICENSE (and if required NOTICE) file
2.. make sure we are running stable versions and not snapshots (whenever possible)
Sorry to say, I know it's not very fun, but someone has to do it and I must say it's always the same...
